Where can I drop off a TEL package?
How does FedEx drop off work?
STEP 1
1. Pack and seal your package.
Tape all the package seams securely. Make sure the package is in good condition and all old labels and barcodes are blacked out. The package should weigh 55 pounds or less. Get tips on packing or we can help you pack.
STEP 2
2. Attach your shipping label.
Easily create a label online or with your mobile phone. If you already have a label, you’re good to go. Attach the label on the biggest surface of the package and try not to put it across any seams or edges.
STEP 3
3. Drop off at a location near you.
Take your package and drop off at a retail location, or if your package is under 20″ x 12″ x 6″, you can also use a TEL drop box near you. There are no additional fees for dropping off a package.
Can I drop off without a printed label?
Yes! If you’re creating a label on your phone with the TransEx® Mobile app, the app can issue you a barcode. Just save the barcode to your phone and visit a TEL Office or participating TEL Ship Center® location. Our experts will scan it and print your label.
Yes! If you’re returning a package and the company you bought from sent you an email with a FedEx issued QR code, you can head to TransEx Office or participating Walgreens. Just show your code at the counter, and your shipping label will be printed for you. Learn more about returns.
Can I get packing help?
Yes, many locations have pros who can help, and everything packed by TEL Office and filter results for packing services.
